Prices for pin commissions. For personal use, it is 35% off the following rates.

These prices are for commissions in my standard pin style. For commissions in my fanart /highly rendered style, the price starts from 250€ with commercial use.

*I will determine the type of background by the level of details described. Water panels are very detailed for example.

| •I will start the sketch after the 50% of the commission cost has been received. |
| •I retain the commercial rights of the art for selling prints, stickers and other type of merch that aren't pins. |
| • The commissioner has the exclusive rights to sell the design for producing pins only. In case they want to sell other merch as well, the commercial fee will be renegotiated according to the project. Print rights are not negotiable. |
| • Credits must be attributed with links when posted in any platform or social media. |
| • I don't offer refunds or cancellations after I start the sketch. |
| •I will post the art in any of my social medias at anytime unless we agreed otherwise. |
| • In the event that the commissioner acts maliciously, runs their business in fraudulent ways or engage in any scam that might damage my reputation as an artist (or breaches any of my terms), I reserve the right to refund and remove the pin rights from any of my works, deducting 10% for the time already invested. |
| •Revisions: Up to 3 simple revisions for free. In the sketch stage, we can revise it with no limittions until you're happy with it. After approving the sketch, there will be no major changes like pose or composition. If you would like a change where we go back to the sketch stage, it will be charged additionally from $10 to $30 per revision. |
| • I may work on other drawings or commissions simultaneously or at the same time. Please do not think I quit working on your commission if you see my posts/stories. Routines work poorly on my mind so I need breaks to keep my creative juices flowing. If anything happens that could interfere my progress, I will let you know. |
how to order
• Send me a DM on Instagram or an email with at least the following information about your commission:
-Character/s
-Bust up, half or full body?
-Number of characters.
-Background type.
-References (optional)• I'll get back to you with a quotation. If it works for you, I'll request an email to send you the invoice for the 50% of the total cost (when your turn is near). Payment can be made via PayPal or Wise.
• Payment must be made within 72 hours when I contact you for your turn, otherwise I will have to continue with the next slot in my waitlist and reschedule or cancel yours.
• If you're outside Europe, the invoice will be sent in USD or in your preferred currency based in the current market exchange to EUR€. You may consult google for the current value of your currency in EUR.
• I will start the sketch after the first payment has been received.
• We can change the sketch until you're 100% happy with it. No major revisions allowed after the sketch is approved.
• When I finish the art, I'll send you a watermarked or low resolution proof for your approval. The final invoice for the pending 50% of the commission will be sent upon approving the final result.
• High resolution and source files will be sent via email, after the full payment has been processed.
• Turnaround time for the first sketch is around 5-7 days. 10-15 more days to finish it completely (I'll inform you in advance if I need extra time).
•I reserve the right to decline the commission if I feel I'm not the right fit for it. I would give you the reason if so.
•Please do not say you're going to tip or send me a copy of the pin and then forget, it has happened quite several times and everytime I think it's rude 😪.

*As a creative person I want to respect the work of the authors-mangakas first, I don't feel totally confortable with uncommon ships, but as a fan I understand that there are non-canon couples that make sense, and therefore, have a popular fandom, so I will be somewhat picky when it comes to working with non-canonical couples from now on.
waitlist terms
The commissions that I can work on at the same time are 4 or 5 (depending on the size of the project), all the others will enter the waiting list with a tentative date (you won't be charged anything until you're in the next 4 or 5 commissions). I currently manage a waiting list of approximately 3 months, I will close the waitlist if/when it becomes too long (+6 months)
All dates in my waitlist are approximate and not final, it can vary up to 3 weeks earlier or later than anticipated depending on the previous slots (if cancellations/drops occur) or life situations.

Feel free to ask for updates in your slot at any time
If you want to work on a series or several commissions, let me know exactly how many they will be and I'll auto reserve a slot for you every 2 or 3 commissions in the nearest available dates, this is in order to avoid becoming "exclusive" to anyone, which is something I absolutely don't wish to do.
Slots are non-transferable, if you no longer want a slot, I totally understand, just please let me know as soon as you can.
If you cancel more than 2 slots in a row without a justified reason, I won't reserve anymore slots in the future, so please don't do it if you're not sure completely, it just ends in a waste of time for everyone since I'm locking a day in my schedule for it.
